Pierce County sought to encourage residents to pick up litter, report illegal dumping, and participate in the Adopt-a-Highway program. They wanted to focus on a positive message; therefore, my design uses photography invoking the beauty of the area. To convey the message, these are contrasted with items commonly littered. Ads were placed online, on bus sides, and at bus stops.
